Cancellation policy
Online registration to the meeting is binding. For the Networking Dinner, the full amount will be refunded upon written cancellation to the PCO (www.conventionteam.ch) by January 15, 2024. No refunds will be given for cancellations after this date.
Exclusion of liability and warranty exemption
Participants attend all events and program activities at their own risk. The EDF Administrative Office and the PCO accept no liability for losses, accidents or damage to persons or property that could arise in connection with attending the meeting.
No claims for damages will be accepted in the event of changes to the programme, non-attendance of speakers and cancellation of individual talks, or cancellation of the meeting as a consequence of political or economic events of force majeure.
The EDF Administrative Office and the PCO accept no responsibility for the content of the speakers’ presentations. No responsibility is accepted for the content of websites to which this website and/or the meeting documents or speakers refer.
Image and film material
Images and films that are made during the meeting are shown on the EDF website. By registering for the meeting, participants give their consent to free publication of these images and films. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to the EDF Administrative Office or PCO.
Copyright
Copyright and any other related rights to content, images, files etc. from the presentation are held exclusively by the speaker in question.
Furthermore, any other content, images, diagrams etc, on the website and in the meeting documents are protected by copyright.
Written consent must be obtained in advance for copying of copyrighted content, etc.
